[KPhotoAlbum] kphotoalbum video helper script

Hi,

I'm a little late to notice mplayer2 is gone.

With a lot of help from the web I build a little python script for kphotoalbum
video support. I build it as a mplayer2 replacement. So I called it mplayer2
and put it in a bin directory. Now kphotoalbum uses it to extract video length
and thumbnails. (kphotoalbum prefers mplayer2 over mplayer)
I've you're interested have a look at the attachment.
It's using ffmpeg and ffprobe
- I hope we will have these for quit a long time ;-)
