[KPhotoAlbum] Fix for selecting category in settings page.

Hi all,

in the Categories section of the settings the currently selected category
is not update when the cursor is moved with the keyboard.

I only have one question: what has the change in
BackgroundTaskManager::JobManager to do with the selection issue?
