[KPhotoAlbum] Recent git versions don't mark new images as untagged

Hi all,

I just discovered a problem with newish git versions of kphotoalbum: new images are not marked as 'untagged'. If you use that feature, please use an older version or wait for a bugfix...

The bug does not affect the newest release, but was introduced afterwards.
I'll announce the fix here.
